Shay Colley

Shay Colley is a Canadian National Team basketball player from Brampton, Ontario, originally born in Halifax, Nova Scotia. She first suited up for Canada at just 16 and has since played over 100 international games across more than 15 countries. A former NCAA standout at Michigan State, Shay has built a strong professional career in Europe and competed in both the Tokyo 2020 and Paris 2024 Olympics. Now entering her 13th year with the national team, she’s aiming for a third Olympic appearance at LA 2028—continuing a journey defined by leadership, resilience, and a deep love for the game.
