Louie Cesar de Guzman
Louie is going into his third year as a bobsleigh brakeman, representing Canada in this exciting winter sport. Before joining the bobsleigh team, he played rugby at Trent University while studying business and economics. His background in team sports has helped him develop strength, speed, and teamwork skills that are important on the ice.Outside of sports, Louie is passionate about helping others. He co-founded a non-profit called FairPlay Sports, which works to remove barriers for young people so they can access recreational and organized sports. The organization also provides free education about the importance of nutrition, exercise, and recovery for everyone.
