Evelyn Zheng is a Canadian National Team fencer from Scarborough, Ontario. Her fencing journey started at 15, and despite getting bested by a 10-year-old in her first practice, she fell head over heels for the sport. After a brief stint on the U-17 National Team, Evelyn made her mark on the Senior National Team in 2018. Evelyn's post-secondary journey began at Western University the same year. Despite enduring a gruelling 3-year injury and navigating through the challenges of COVID shutdowns, Evelyn graduated triumphant with a string of provincial and international athletic accolades to her name.
